Police: Alcohol Could be Cause Behind Deadly Crash

Medina County, OH - Alcohol may have played a role in a deadly accident on I-71 in Medina County.

Police say 35-year-old John Sliter changed lanes and side-swiped a van.

The van then veered off the right side of the road, smashed into an embankment and rolled onto its top.

The van's driver was life-flighted to Metro.

However, a passenger in the vehicle didn't survive.

Sliter's being treated for minor injuries.
