Cleveland Not Ready If Disaster Strikes

A new report due out today, from Homeland Security, shows Cleveland ranks at the bottom of the list of cities when it come to emergency communications. It's the same problem that doomed many firefighters inside the World Trade Center in the hours right after the planes hit on 9/11.

The city says it's aware of the shortcomings and will continue to train police, firefighters and medics to keep northeast Ohioans safe.
