Accused Gunman Deemed To Be Flight Risk

CLEVELAND - Police said that the man accused of a deadly weekend bar shooting in Cleveland is a flight risk, but that didn't stop a judge from setting a $20,000 cash bond for Andre Curlee, 19/43 News reported.

Prosecutors said that Curlee got into an argument with 30-year-old Marcus Young, pulled out a gun and reportedly shot him in the head.

When Young's cousin, Arnett Young, tried to intervene, he was also shot in the head.

Marcus died at the scene, and Arnett is in critical condition at MetroHealth Medical Center.
