CLEVELAND - Artifacts from the Titanic, including the davit used to lower lifeboats from the deck of the giant vessel, are sailing into Cleveland, 19/43 News reported.
Many lifeboats were never installed on the great ship so that the decks would look uncluttered.
More than 2,000 people sailed on the Titanic, but only 705 passengers survived when the ship sank in 1912 after hitting an iceberg.
"Titanic: The Exhibition" contains hundreds of artifacts recovered from the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean many years after the ship went down.
The exhibit will be at the Great Lakes Science Center in March.
