Suspected Gunman Maintains His Innocence

CLEVELAND - Despite what police detectives believe, suspected gunman Terrance Wayne Donald says he's innocent, 19/43 News reported.

On Thursday in court, Donald told the judge that he's not the triggerman wanted for killing a Cleveland teen last week. Donald pleaded innocent to numerous charges, including aggravated murder, and made a gesture to 19/43 News cameras that indicated his frustration with the charge.

Detectives said that Donald shot and killed Lamar Brook, who was found last week in the backyard of a house on Elmarge Road. They said that Donald first robbed Brook and then shot him in the head.
