Cleveland: Police Fatally Shot Pit Bull

Cleveland, OH - Police fatally shot a dog after responding to a dispute on the city's Westside.

19 Action News first broke this story Wednesday night at 11.

A woman on Martin Avenue says she was in the middle of moving out when her soon-to-be ex-landlord cut the power.

She called police and when they arrived a pit bull lunged at one of the officers.

Cops were forced to shot the dog.

The landlord refused to leave the house for about an hour - he finally came out peacefully after officers called in the SWAT team.
