Coroner Investigates Discovery Of Human Bones

CANTON, Ohio (AP) - Stark County Coroner James Pritchard said that he hopes to have some answers very soon to questions surrounding the discovery of a nearly intact human skeleton near Canton.

The bones were found Saturday in a field by two men cutting firewood.

The bones were about 200 yards from a road and had not been buried, although some brush and weeds had grown over them.

Sheriffs deputies said that they found nothing to indicate how the person died, but that the coroner might be able to determine that through his investigation.
