Perry Twp., OH - New information out of Stark County.

No criminal charges will be filed on a violent foul during a high school basketball game.

Perry High School player Kenny Frease suffered broken bones in his eye and a broken nose when Central Catholic player Cory Berry hit him in the eye during a game last Saturday.

The Massillon prosecutor now says he can't prove there was criminal intent - so he cannot file charges.
