Gabor's Husband to Launch Court Fight for Smith's Baby Daughter

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband is going to try to prove it -- that he's the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby.

Prince Frederic von Anhalt tells The Associated Press he will go to court and file a paternity challenge this week, and wants custody of the little girl born in September. He vows to go to the Bahamas and pick her up, if the court rules in his favor.

Von Anhalt claims he had a decade-long affair with Smith, despite being married to Gabor, who is now 90. But a former publicist for Gabor calls her husband a "chronic fabricator."

The child's birth certificate lists Smith's companion, Howard K. Stern, as the girl's father. That's already being challenged by a former boyfriend of the reality T-V star, who died Thursday.

Von Anhalt says Gabor is warning she doesn't want a baby in the house, and that their marriage will be over if he brings the girl home. Von Anhalt says a divorce would be up to Gabor.
