LOS ANGELES (AP) - Britney Spears may be back in rehab again.

There are reports on T-M-Z-dot-com, "The Insider" and "Extra" that Spears returned to the Promises drug and alcohol rehab center last night. Two of those reports say Spears' mother, Lynne, drove her to the center in Malibu, California.

Spears and her estranged husband Kevin Federline reportedly agreed last night that he would keep their two children while she's in the program that could last 45 days.

A family court hearing Federline requested in Los Angeles has been canceled.

It's the latest development in a strange saga that's included Spears going in and out of rehab twice in a week, and shaving her head bald.

Federline and Spears have two sons, five-month-old Jayden James and 17-month-old Sean Preston.
