Radio Personality Accused Of Attacking Browns Employee

CLEVELAND - A local radio personality has been accused of attacking a ticket-taker at the Browns final home game this past season, 19/43 News reported.

The game ended with the now infamous beer-bottle throwing episode that led to more than a dozen arrests of Browns fans.

Radio show host Danny Czekalinski (pictured, above) is accused of trying to force his way back into the stadium when the game re-started by grabbing a ticket-taker by the throat.

Czekalinski wasn't in court on Monday, but his lawyer entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf.

19/43 News caught up with the morning disc jockey, and he said that he didn't do it.

"In the position I'm in -- running a high-profile morning show -- these things do happen," Czekalinski said. "Am I saying there are gold-diggers out there? I'm not saying that, but people make things up."

A female friend who was with the DJ that day is also accused of attacking a ticket-taker.
