Bank Fighting To Protect 'Unfit' Apartments

EUCLID, Ohio – The bank that holds the mortgage to the Forest Green apartment complex in Euclid is ready to fight, 19/43 News reported.

Wells Fargo Bank of Indiana wants to auction off the property, but the city of Euclid already declared it unfit for human habitation.

The bank's attorney said that they would do whatever it takes to protect their property.

In the meantime, everyone living there has until Feb. 1 to move out.
