Charges Against Youth Football Coaches Dismissed

CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio - Charges have been dismissed against two of the three coaches accused of abusing players at a youth football camp, 19/43 News reported.

A Cuyahoga Falls judge dismissed all charges of child endangering against Shari Cloud and Clay Thompson. The two coaches had been connected to the whipping incident that allegedly took place last August.

The third coach, Earley Robinson, had six charges dismissed and two charges amended to child endangering.

Robinson was sentenced to 60 days in jail and ordered to pay a $250 fine. He was also banned from having any involvement in youth sporting activities for the next eight years.
