Cleveland Shooting Spree, One Killed

Cleveland, OH - A deadly stroll for one young adult Saturday morning. Cleveland Police are investigating a multiple shooting and homicide that occurred near MLK and Union around 2:30 a.m. A 25-year-old killed and a 21-year-old also shot, taken to Metro.

Two people were walking down the street together, a 25-year-old and a 21-year-old, when they were approached by two teenagers who then attempted to rob them. One suspect pulled out a gun and shot the 21-year-old. The 21-year-old ran away from the shooting scene, heard another gunshot fire, and returned only to find the 25-year-old shot in the chest.

Both victims were transported to Metro. The 25-year-old victim was pronounced dead around 3:30 a.m.

Police have made no arrests, but acknowledged that they are looking for two black males in their late teens.
