Westlake, OH - Two men busted after police say they stole nearly $70,000 worth of metal over the last two weeks from the same business.

30-year-old John Kovacs and 37-year-old Carl Evans face charges of theft and breaking and entering in connection with an incident Friday.

Police say employees of Amware saw two suspicious men loading metal rack ends onto the back of a pickup truck.

The men left but were stopped by police on Interstate 90 - where cops found $3,000 of metal in the back of the truck.

The men also are suspects in two earlier thefts at Amware. Burglaries on Feb. 19 and Feb. 20 resulted in the loss of $65,000 worth of the rack ends, which are used to stack pallets.
