Local Talk Show Host Suing Tobacco Industry

CLEVELAND – Highly opinionated radio talk show host Mike Trivisonno (pictured, right) is suing big tobacco for big money.

19/43 News caught up with Trivisonno on Tuesday afternoon as he talked about the lawsuit on his radio show.

"It's made my life a nightmare," Trivisonno told his listeners.

The popular local radio personality said that he might have lung tumors from years of heavy smoking that could end his career at WTAM and possibly his life. He has not, however, been diagnosed with lung cancer.

Trivisonno and his wife, along with five other people, filed the suit against the tobacco industry. It says that the industry targets minors and denies the health risks of smoking.
