Wrong-Way Driver had Blood Alcohol Level over Twice Legal Limit

Cleveland, OH - New details about a deadly wrong-way crash on I-71 late Tuesday night.

Police tell 19 Action News Paige Bassett had a blood alcohol level over two times the legal limit at the time of the fatal accident.

The 37-year-old has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide.

This, after Bassett slammed head-on into a pick-up truck driven by 60-year-old Roger Harr.

Harr - a 27-year employee of Cleveland Public Schools - was killed.
