Painesville Woman Assaults Mom Pregnant With Twins, Causes Double Miscarriage

Painesville, OH - Kimberly M. Sarkozy, 39-years-old of Chester Street, is accused of attacking a 29-year-old female who was pregnant with twins, causing the woman to miscarry twins.

Sarkozy was charged with involuntary manslaughter and assault after the alleged incident at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday night. Sarkozy may have been involved in a drug transaction at the time when the 29-year-old victim told Sarkozy to leave the area.

Kimberly Sarkozy knocked the pregnant woman down and kicked her three or four times in the stomach. The next morning, the victim went to Lake East Hospital in Pinesville, where she miscarried the first fetus. She reportedly miscarried the second fetus after she returned home.
