Indians Place Miller, Lee, Inglett, Gutierrez on Disabled List

CHICAGO (AP) - The Cleveland Indians placed right-handed pitcher
Matt Miller, left-hander Cliff Lee, infielder Joe Inglett and
outfielder Franklin Gutierrez on the 15-day disabled list on
Sunday, a day before the season opener against the Chicago White

Cleveland also assigned catcher Mike Rose to its minor league
camp.Miller (right forearm strain) was 0-0 with a 2.45 ERA in seven
relief appearances this spring. He first felt discomfort in the
forearm on March 24.

Lee (right abdominal strain) was hurt early in camp and did not
appear in an official spring game. Inglett appeared in four games,
going 1-for-5 before being sidelined with soreness in both legs.

Gutierrez hit .346 (9-for-26) in 12 games with five doubles and
four RBIs in 12 games before straining his left hamstring running
on the bases on March 22. The DL moves were retroactive to March
