Man Wanted in Double Murder Found Hiding in Hole

LOUISVILLE, Ohio (AP) - A man suspected of killing two people was found hiding in a hole under a pine tree on Monday, police said.

Craig Daniels, 34, of Bowling Green, was taken into custody after police found him near his mother's house in Louisville, said Bowling Green police Lt. Tony Hetrick.

Louisville is about 130 miles east of Bowling Green.

Police in Bowling Green issued an arrest warrant for Daniels on Thursday after a man and a woman were shot and killed at a house there, about 20 miles south of Toledo.

Killed were Alicia Castillon, 30, who authorities said lived in the home, and John C. Mitchell, 22, of Toledo.

Police said four children - ages 1 to 11 - were in the house at the time of the shooting but were unharmed and have been placed with relatives.

Hetrick said Daniels had a relationship with Castillon dating back at least 10 years and that the couple had two children together.
