CLEVELAND (AP) - A billboard company is answering one of the mysteries surrounding a sign that's gone up along Interstate 77 on the way into downtown Cleveland.
It features the image of a giant basketball and the Cavaliers' wine and gold colors. There's also the commandment "Thou shalt not bear false witness," along with the words "Believe in Cleveland."
Drivers and even local marketing experts have been puzzling over the meaning.
Now, an official with billboard owner Clear Channel Outdoor has the answer. He says the sign was put up by a person who simply wants people to rally behind the Cavs and the other sports teams in Cleveland.
