Indians Make Pair of Roster Moves

CLEVELAND, OH --- The Cleveland Indians today announced the club has activated LHP CLIFF LEE from the 15-day disabled list. In addition to Lee, LHP RAFAEL PEREZ has been recalled from AAA Buffalo.  To allow room for Lee and Perez the Indians optioned OF BEN FRANCISCO & OF SHIN-SOO CHOO to AAA Buffalo.

Lee has been on the DL the entire season after being placed on the 15-day DL on April 1 with an abdominal strain.  He did not make an official spring start after injuring himself during a February bullpen session in Winter Haven.  Cliff made rehab starts in Buffalo, Akron, Kinston and extended spring on his road back.  It was his 2nd career stint on the DL.
