COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - The 57th annual Ohio All-Star Football Classic has been set for June 22 at Columbus Crew Stadium.
Rosters and coaches for the North and South squads will be announced next Thursday. Organizers gave a preview Friday, saying several high school seniors expected to sign letters of intent next week with Ohio State would play in the game.
Those players include quarterback Justin Zwick (Massillon Washington), linebackers Mike D'Andrea (Avon Lake) and Mike Kudla (Medina Highland) and lineman Quinn Pitcock (Piqua).
The sponsoring Ohio High School Football Coaches Association moved the game to Crew Stadium last year -- Columbus' first time as host since 1977. Massillon had played host to 19 of the previous 21 games.
