Two Bronze Busts Stolen From Cleveland Cultural Gardens

CLEVELAND (AP) - Police in Cleveland say two bronze busts stolen from a cultural garden that honors the city's immigrant history were likely taken to be sold as scrap metal.

The busts -- each weighing about 250 pounds -- were reported missing from the Cleveland Cultural Gardens over the weekend.

Police say the criminal market for scrap metal is hot, and they've asked scrap dealers in the city to be on the lookout from anything suspicious.

The garden is collection of landscaped, themed gardens each representing a different ethnic group in Cleveland.
