Some of the questions on forms given to prospective jurors Tuesday in the federal bribery trial of U.S. Rep. James A. Traficant Jr. in Cleveland:
List name, age, hometown, family members, education, job, income, military and law enforcement background, favorite television shows, clubs, political leanings, business experience and moral view of racketeering.
Have you or any of your relatives or close friends ever had contact with the office of a U.S. congressman or a U.S. senator in order to obtain service or assistance?
Do you know anyone who has ever been audited by the Internal Revenue Service for any reason?
Do you have any positive or negative opinion regarding Congressman James A. Traficant Jr.?
