Man Gets Creative Sentence For Calling Officer 'Pig'

PAINESVILLE, Ohio - A judge's creative ruling has the whole city of Painesville talking, 19/43 News' Paul Orlousky reported.

Police officials said that they were responding to a call in Stephen Thompson's neighborhood when, all of the sudden, he became abusive and called officer John Levicki a "pig."

Instead of sentencing Thompson to three days behind bars, judge Michael Cicconetti has order him to stand in Painesville Town Center holding a real live pig for two hours.

Thompson is expected to serve his sentence beginning Friday at noon.
