Reward For Deli Clerk Gunman Is Tripled

CLEVELAND – The reward for the capture of the gunman who killed Cleveland deli clerk Johnny Yahya two weeks ago has been tripled, 19/43 News reported.

Police said that if you know who shot and killed Yahya for taking too much time behind the counter of the west-side store during an attempted robbery, and you are willing to turn him in, then you will be rewarded with $10,000.

On Jan. 19, two hooded men demanded money from Yahya, and then murdered him. Now, neighbors and friends want the men caught.

19/43 News has learned that police recently arrested a man for another deli robbery on the city's west side. Police said that they want to question him to see if he might know something about Yahya's murder.
