James' High School Teammate Joins Cavs' Summer League Squad

CLEVELAND (AP) - The Cavaliers' summer league team opens play this weekend with one of LeBron James' high school teammates on the 14-man roster.

Romeo Travis will be teaming up with Cavaliers second-year players Daniel Gibson and Shannon Brown for five games in Las Vegas.

Travis played with James at Saint Vincent-Saint Mary High School. The six-foot-seven forward went on to star at Akron.

Other members of Cleveland's summer league team are Cavaliers reserve forward-center Dwayne Jones, Terence Dials of Ohio State and former West Virginia star Kevin Pittsnogle.

The Cavs open play tomorrow against San Antonio and face Team China Sunday.
