Cavs Guard Coles To Have Knee Surgery

CLEVELAND (AP) - Cleveland Cavaliers backup point guard Bimbo Coles will have arthroscopic knee surgery Monday.

Coles was placed on the injured list Feb. 15 and has missed the last four games. He was averaging 3.2 points and 2.3 assists in 47 games this season.

Trajan Langdon is the most likely replacement for Coles, but the Cavs also have been using small forward Lamond Murray at point guard to spell starter Andre Miller.

Coles has averaged 8.1 points and 4.1 assists over his 11-year career in the NBA.
