Church Camp Counselor Arraigned; Accused of Touching Three Boys

LANCASTER, Ohio (AP) - Authorities say a church camp counselor was arraigned this morning on charges he inappropriately touched three boys.

Forty-three-year-old Timothy Stephen Keil (Kyle) was arrested Friday after the boys -- who are between the ages of eight and ten -- reported the alleged incidents.

Perry County Prosecutor Joseph Flautt (Fl-ought) says Keil was volunteering as a counselor at Scioto Youth Camp last week.

The camp is near Junction City, about 50 miles southeast of Columbus.

Keil, a married father of six, is being held on 200-thousand dollars bond.

Flautt says the investigation continues and more charges could be filed.
