Richmond, VA - Animal Rights Activists gathered outside the Federal Courthouse hours before NFL star Michael Vick was slated to be arraigned on dogfighting charges.
Police are preparing for hundreds of people to show up for the Atlanta Falcons court appearance.
If convicted of the charges, Vick could be sentenced up to six-years in prison and fined $350K.
The NFL has ordered Vick to stay away from the Falcons training camp until the league finishes its review of the indictment.
Vick has made no public comment on the allegations.
