UPDATE: Cleveland, OH - Lithia M. Kaviris, age 32, is being held without bond on a fugitive from justice warrant from the state of Arkansas.

The search for six-year-old Serena Kaviris comes to an end after FBI agents found both mother and child in an up state New York hotel.

Serena Kaviris was abducted by her mother Lithia Kaviris on Saturday during a morning visitation session.

The FBI will not release any other information other than that the little girl is okay and the mother is in custody.

Serena Kaviris was dropped off at 3146 Scranton Road, a mutal visitation location, by her Aunt and legal guardian Koren Bierfeldt, 35-year-old of 25766 Melibee Drive, Westlake, Ohio on Saturday.

The visitation supervisor, Trisha D. Fomby, believed the child was leaving the visitation room to use the restroom. The mother then exited another door. Fomby went to check on the two of them and they were gone.

Police said Lithis Kaviris was most likely driving a maroon 1996 four door Mazda Protege with Arkansas plates reading "768-KNY"

Serena Kaviris was reported abducted around 11 a.m. Saturday morning. It is believed that the mother was headed towards Canada, Arkansas, or New York.

Lithia Kaviris has suicidal behavior and also has a mental condition. The last known address for Lithia Kaviris is 528 Atkins Road, Little Rock, Arkansas.
