UPDATE: Barberton, OH- The two missing persons wanted in connection to the murder of a Barberton man have been located and thrown in the Barberton City Jail.
Authorities were looking for a wanted man who was considered to be armed and dangerous after allegedly shooting another male in front of two children and possibly abducting the children's mother.
Police responded to 264 Illinois Place on a regualr disturbance call. Upon arrival the officers foundthe body of 34-year-old Darion Polk, who had been shot. Police also found two young children with no other adults.
The Barberton Police Department was looking for the children's mother, 32-year-old Tamara Hughes and 34-year-old Cameron D. Williams in connection to the shooting.
Williams had a warrant out for his arrest by the adult parole authority.
Police reported that missing 32-year-old Tamara Hughes called the Akron Police Department just after 10 a.m. Sunday and stated she was okay. Hughes then gave up the address where 34-year-old Cameron D. Williams, the alleged shooter, was located at.
Hughes was picked up by Akron Police off of Eastland Avenue in Goodyear Heights. Williams was picked up off of Rhodes Avenue. The Akron PD then turned them over to Barberton Police.
The two were both taken to the Barberton City Jail where Cameron D. Williams was charged with aggravated murder. Williams will be arraigned Monday, July 30th at the Summit County Jail.
