Firefighter Accused in Triple Homicide Pleads Not Guilty

Cleveland, OH - The Cleveland firefighter accused in a deadly July 5th dispute over fireworks was in court on Friday.

Terrance Hough was arraigned on grand jury charges of murder and attempted murder - he pleaded not guilty.

This, after Hough allegedly gunned down five people at his neighbor's backyard party - killing three.

Hough's attorney says the defense will challenge the prosecution claim that the attack was planned.

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
