Foster Mother Gets Jail Time For Toddler's Death

CLEVELAND - It's been almost a year since the death of 2-year-old Devin Wilder (pictured, right). On Tuesday, Devin's foster mother finally learned her punishment for her involvement or lack their of in his death, 19/43 News reported.

Jacqueline Clark, 63, didn't kill little Devin, but she was convicted of involuntary manslaughter because she was in charge of caring for the boy.

Clark left the toddler with her 15-year-old granddaughter Ellen Crum, who has already pleaded guilty to killing Devin.

Clark faced 18 years in prison, but the judge sentenced her to only three years.

Devin's biological parents, who had their children taken away from them after Devin's sister repeatedly broke bones in her body because of a rare disease, said that the sentence isn't just.
