Cleveland Clinic Technician Sues Don King For Alleged Advances

CLEVELAND (AP) - A technician at the Cleveland Clinic has sued boxing promoter Don King (pictured, right) for alleged sexual advances when he was a patient at the research hospital on Jan. 22.

Deborah L. Klimo of suburban Olmsted Township, in a civil lawsuit filed May 1 in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, said King tried to grope her and propositioned her as she did a chest X-ray.

The lawsuit, which was assigned to Judge Nancy R. McDonnell, asked for unspecified damages for mental anguish and humiliation.

King's attorney, George Forbes, said King denied the allegations.
