Cook time 45min
1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Red Wine of your choice
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup finely diced onions
1 tbsp garlic powder
1. Cube chicken into 1" squares add all to pan and simmer slowly until chicken is cooked.
2. Then turn the heat up to high and stir constantly until sauce caramelizes on chicken.
3. Serve with favorite side dish and enjoy.
Yield: Approximately 4 servings
