TV Game Show To Be Taped At Ohio State University

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Ten episodes of television's most popular game show, Jeopardy!, will be taped at the Schottenstein Center on the Ohio State University campus on Oct. 5 and Oct. 6.

The shows taped in Columbus will be broadcast nationally from Nov. 11 to Nov. 22 as part of the Jeopardy! College Championships, whose contestants will include students from throughout the country as well as Ohio.

Producers said that dates and sites for contestant tryouts will be announced later.

Ohio State is the first Midwestern school chosen for the college championships.

Previous college sites have included the University of California at Berkeley, UCLA and the University of Washington.
