Opaliski refused to stop for an officer and only slowed down when her damaged vehicle failed.

EMS transported baby Baydon Mandebille to Community Health Partners - no word on his condition at this time.

Police tell 19 Action News Opaliski was very emotional and did not appear to be completely coherent, however did not smell like intoxicating beverages.

A cellophane cigarette wrapper was found containing suspected "roaches," or marijuana cigarette butts. Rolling papers were also found.

Opaliski faces a slew of charges - her license was also revoked.

Opaliski asked officers if she could have a copy of her license so that she could buy cigarettes. Opaliski was denied this request.
