New Twist: Dispatcher Placed On Paid Administrative Leave Claims Sexual Assault

Cleveland, OH - The 9-1-1 emergency operator at the center of a missing man mystery now off the job.

19 Action News has learned Donna Yousef has been placed on paid administrative leave.

The move comes the day after Yousef blew off another disciplinary hearing - with Cleveland Safety Director.

Yousef is the dispatcher who ignored the call from a witness to the presumed murder of 25-year old John Maruschak.

And in another bizarre twist, Donna Yousef claims she was drugged and sexually assaulted early Tuesday morning.

Yousef was out drinking and dancing and claims she woke up at the Carlyle Apartments in Lakewood.

The police report says she found herself wearing only a shirt.

She asked her friend John what happened and he said he tried to have sex with her but it was impossible.

She got dressed and asked John for a ride home - on the way home they stopped at a Starbucks for coffee.

Safety Director Martin Flask, who put Yousef on leave, says she filed the police report 45 minutes after she was asked to leave the office.
