Guilty Plea: Former Cuyahoga County Recorder Maintains Original Admission

Cleveland, OH - New details surrounding former Cuyahoga County Recorder Patrick O'Malley.

The embattled politician back in court late Monday morning.

O'Malley pleaded guilty to federal obscenity charges over pictures found on his computer back in May.

But a judge said he was not properly informed that his plea of guilt could be withdrawn and the judge could order a harsher sentence than called for in the original plea agreement.

Despite that, O'Malley maintained his guilty plea.

He could face up to 27-months behind bars when he's sentenced next month.
