Browns Lineman Hospitalized With Bruised Lung

BEREA, Ohio (AP) - Browns rookie offensive lineman Qasim Mitchell remained hospitalized Friday with a bruised lung sustained in a collision with another player during practice Thursday.

The team at first announced he was suffering from heat-related problems after Thursday's practice.

Mitchell was injured when he collided with defensive end Courtney Brown, coach Butch Davis said on Friday.

Near the end of the two-hour workout, Mitchell, who had participated in all the drills, was assisted off the field by two trainers and taken to the locker room.
