Captured: Behavioral Correction Center Patient Escapes From Hospital

UPDATE: Rubin Swift has been captured.

Cleveland, OH - The Ohio State Highway Patrol is seeking the public's assistance in locating Rubin C. Swift, a patient of the Northcoast Behavioral Correction Center that escaped from South Pointe Hospital in Warrensville Heights at approximately 10:45AM Tuesday following an exam.

The 43-year-old is a black male, 5'11", weighing 185 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a purple and grey camouflaged bandana, blue and grey coat, a blue sweater with baggie jeans and black shoes.

Swift was committed to the behavioral center by court order for multiple violent offenses in multiple states. Investigators believe that he may be enroute to New York City.
