CINCINNATI (AP) - Cincinnati police say the leader of a group of teenagers charged with robbing and pistol-whipping a man was a 12-year-old boy.
Five people, all between 12 and 18 years old, are set to appear in court Wednesday on aggravated robbery charges. Police are looking for another juvenile.
They say the 12-year-old led an attack on 23-year-old Joseph Neltner in the Corryville neighborhood late Monday.
Sgt. Calvin Johnson says Neltner was walking to his car as the group ambushed and hit him and stole $400 and a cell phone.
Johnson says the teens pointed to the 12-year-old as the lead man who divvied up the money.
