Police Clock Ohio Driver at 133 mph on I-71

CINCINNATI (AP) - Authorities in suburban Cincinnati say a man drove more than twice the legal speed limit on Interstate 71 before his arrest earlier this week.

Montgomery police say an officer using radar clocked Robert Hall going 133 mph while heading south on the interstate in his 1995 Lincoln early Wednesday. Police say 24-year-old Hall didn't slow down and led the officer on a chase.

A police report says Hall took an exit, then turned off his headlights, crashed and fled on foot before police caught up with him.

Hall was charged with speeding, failure to comply and driving under suspension. He was scheduled to appear in Hamilton County Municipal Court on Thursday.
