PAINESVILLE, Ohio – Authorities said that workers at the Rainbow Connection Center made a big mistake when they stranded a baby inside the day-care center, Action News reported.
Workers at the day care in Painesville accidentally left the little girl in a crib sleeping. When they closed up for the night, they left the baby all by herself.
When her mother arrived to pick her up, the place was locked and no workers were around.
The owner of the business, who apologized for the incident, said that two workers simply forgot the child.
