CLEVELAND - A former Dillard's security guard was sentenced to five years in prison for forcing a store customer to have sex with him, Action News reported.
Curtis Smith, 42, was a firefighter who worked part time as a security guard at the Dillard's store in Randall Park Mall.
In February, Smith said that he saw a 17-year-old girl shoplifting. He took her to a holding cell and that's where she said that he told her to have sex with him or she would go to jail.
The girl is suing Dillard's.
