Serves 6
Prep time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups assorted green and black olives
2 rosemary sprigs, cut in half
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. dried chili flakes
Salt, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- In a bowl, combine olives, rosemary, oil, chili flakes, salt and toss to coat.
- Place olives in 1 layer on baking sheet.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes or until olives are heated thoroughly
- Serve warm.
