CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Barroco condado cheese dip is served!
2-4 oz. of ground chorizo
6-8 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of sofrito or chunky salsa
2 oz. sour cream
In a sauté pan, cook chorizo on high for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Once chorizo is cooked, place sofrito or salsa on top with cheddar cheese. Continue mixing the ingredients until all are fully melted and you get a cheese dip consistency.
Serve with sour cream on top, and accompany with tortilla chips.
