CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The Northern Ohio Fugitive Task Force is looking for a man wanted for leading several police departments on chases.
On Dec. 30, 2018, Jamar Franklin, 23, allegedly led Copley police on a chase.
During the pursuit, Franklin crashed his car and fled on foot.
Copley officers did recover a gun.
According to authorities, Franklin also fled from Akron police officers several times over the past month.
Several Akron police cruisers were damaged during the pursuits.
Franklin is also wanted by the Summit County Sheriff’s for weapons under disability and CCW.
U.S. Marshals said Franklin’s last known address is near the 700 block of Lucille Ave. in Akron.
Marshals add Franklin should be considered armed and dangerous.
